How to block unknown MAC addresses?

Hi!

I wanted to ask a few questions about the Kea DHCP Server.

We need that when an unknown MAC, a new MAC, tries to access the network, the Kea DHCP Server does not assign any IP to it.

How can I do this from the configuration file?

And, how could I do this from a database?
